1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your access to and use of the Wooden Word Craft mobile application ("Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use immediately and uninstall the Application.

2. License Grant

DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Application
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, or lend the Application
• Transfer or sublicense the Application
• Use the Application for commercial purposes
• Access the Application through unauthorized third-party services

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
• Violate or attempt to violate the Application's security measures
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the Application
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use bots, automation tools, or cheating mechanisms
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Spam or flood the Application with unsolicited content
• Bypass or circumvent any access restrictions

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, graphics, audio, video, text, and design elements of the Application ("Content") are the exclusive property of DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors. Content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

"Wooden Word Craft" is a registered trademark of DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Any user-generated content (such as usernames or feedback) may be used by the Developer for improving the Application, but personal data remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Application may offer in-app purchases, including virtual currency, power-ups, or premium features. Terms for purchases:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency
• The Developer may modify or discontinue items at any time
• Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
• Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store

Parents should monitor their children's in-app purchases. Repeated unauthorized purchases may result in account suspension.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Application may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. These advertisements are governed by the advertisers' terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites.

DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessed through the Application. We encourage users to review third-party privacy policies and terms before engaging with external content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXIS LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to personal property or devices
• Unauthorized access or alterations of your data
• Third-party conduct or statements

Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, the total liability of DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (or zero if downloaded free).

9. Account Suspension & Termination

DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice or cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent or malicious activity
• Using cheating tools or exploits
• Excessive chargebacks or disputes
• Harassment or harmful behavior toward other users
• Inactivity for extended periods

Upon termination, your license to use the Application is revoked, and you must uninstall it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Application
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your user-generated content
• Infringement of third-party rights

11. Age Restrictions & Parental Supervision

The Application is designed to be family-friendly and age-appropriate. Users under 18 years of age may require parental or guardian consent. Parents are responsible for:

• Monitoring children's use of the Application
• Managing in-app purchase permissions
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms

12. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to software licensing and digital services in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED regarding the Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
