These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Developer") regarding your access to and use of the Wooden Word Craft mobile application ("Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately and uninstall the Application.

"Wooden Word Craft" is a registered trademark of DEVLOGS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Any user-generated content may be used for improving the Application, but personal data remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Application may offer in-app purchases. Important terms:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law)
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged
• The Developer may modify or discontinue items anytime
• Fraudulent purchases may result in account suspension
• Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store

Parents should monitor children's in-app purchases.

The Application may display advertisements from third-party networks governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DEVLOGS is not responsible for third-party content or services accessed through the Application.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (or zero if free).

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent or malicious activity
• Using cheating tools or exploits
• Excessive chargebacks or disputes
• Harassment or harmful behavior
• Extended inactivity

You agree to indemnify DEVLOGS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, your content, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Age Restrictions & Parental Supervision

The Application is designed to be family-friendly. Users under 18 may require parental consent. Parents are responsible for monitoring use and managing in-app purchases.

12. Modifications to Terms

DEVLOGS may modify these Terms anytime. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
